William Alegria, PharmD, BCIDP is an infectious diseases clinical pharmacist and antimicrobial stewardship consultant with the Stanford Antimicrobial Safety and Sustainability Program. He is a lecturer in the Division of Infectious Diseases and Geographic Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine. In his role as a member of the antimicrobial stewardship program, Alegria focuses on optimizing antimicrobial use in immunocompromised patients.
