Philip Giordano is a practicing emergency physician and a member of both the American College of Emergency Physicians and the Infectious Diseases Society of America. He is the author of numerous publications related to MRSA and ABSSI. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Department of emergency medicine at the Orlando Regional Medical Center, a large level one trauma center in Orlando FL and is also the Chief, Corporate Research Operations for Orlando Health, a private, not-for-profit network of community and specialty hospitals based in Central Florida.
