Minitha Jacob, PharmD

Jacob studied at Texas Tech University HSC and is currently building her foundation for chronic disease prevention with intentional care during her PGY-1 pharmacy residency at JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas. She strives to embody a passion for ensuring the well-being of vulnerable and underserved patients to prevent hospitalizations and complications.
