New Treatments on the Horizon for Pseudomonas Infections

Marin H. Kollef, MD, professor of medicine and Virginia E. & Sam J. Golman chair of the Respiratory Intensive Care department of Washington University School of Medicine, discusses novel therapies currently in development for the treatment of Pseudomonas infections. He highlights non-antibiotic approaches, such as monoclonal antibodies, as therapies that can potentially improve patient outcomes.
